Brandi is a creative and operational powerhouse with over fifteen years of experience in theatre design, event production, and business operations. She holds a BFA in Theatre Design & Production, which laid the foundation for her career as a designer, manager, and systems strategist. Her passion for simplifying chaos and streamlining workflows led her to launch Luneer Mgmt in 2020.

She first entered the online business space by helping overwhelmed fitness instructors organize their digital studios. From there, she saw a broader need. Entrepreneurs everywhere were struggling to manage the behind-the-scenes demands of their growing businesses. Brandi expanded her work to support creative professionals, coaches, agencies, and impact-driven founders across the U.S. and Canada.

At Luneer Mgmt, Brandi leads with a blend of heart and strategy. She’s known for her direct communication, big-picture thinking, and talent for transforming messy operations into streamlined systems. Clients trust her for her practical wisdom, creative solutions, and deep investment in their growth.

Brandi partners closely with Jenny to deliver full-service client management. Together, they take a holistic approach to business support, helping entrepreneurs step fully into their zone of genius while Luneer Mgmt handles the rest. Their shared passion for combining aesthetics with efficiency makes them a powerful duo. With every project, they turn mess into magic and help clients reclaim time, clarity, and momentum.

Jenny is a seasoned creative and operations expert with over fifteen years of experience in theatrical design, event production, and fine art. She holds an MFA in Scenic Design and brings a rare combination of visual talent and strategic thinking to every project. Her work blends aesthetics, structure, and systems to turn creative ideas into functional, high-impact realities.

Jenny’s career has always bridged artistry and operations. Her design background gives her an eye for detail, while her strength in systems allows her to build processes that actually work. Whether she’s developing visual assets or refining backend workflows, she helps clients bring their vision to life with clarity and intention.

In 2022, a shared professor (big shoutout to Erich!) introduced Jenny to Brandi. They instantly clicked over their love of visuals, systems, and helping people bring structure to their ideas. Their aligned values and complementary skills made it clear they were meant to build something meaningful together.

At Luneer, Jenny co-leads client services alongside Brandi. Together, they bring a grounded, collaborative energy to everything they do. Their partnership helps clients streamline operations, elevate their branding, and get back to doing what they love. From behind-the-scenes systems to beautiful design, Jenny helps transform business chaos into clarity and ease.
