✔️ We provide you with 7 days of advisory support following your project. Maybe you changed your mind or forgot something? No sweat! You can reach out to us for those quick changes to be implemented and we can coach you through anything that may arise.

✔️ We will train you on everything. Whether you want to learn how to use HoneyBook from the inside out or know how to edit and send files, we will create a custom training video for you to keep and utilize for life.

✔️ We won't abandon you after your project is over. You can lean on us for support or training after, as your business and HoneyBook evolve.

The process

The best thing about Luneer Mgmt is that we will meet you where you’re at. We'll start with a discovery call to determine what you like and don't like about your current templates, client flow, automations, and usage of the CRM. Once you book a project with us, you’ll complete a questionnaire, giving us all the info we need to design your new files and build a proper system for you. The week of your project we have a kickoff call to go over any remaining questions before we begin our work.

Our next step will be to work on executing and reworking your deliverables on HoneyBook. Once complete, we will either have a meeting or, if you don't have time, our team is always happy to film a screen recording to walk you through everything and give you the opportunity to provide feedback.

After final revisions are made, we will film a recording that shows you how to utilize your updated smart files so that you can walk away from your HoneyBook Intensive stress-free and feel confident in your elevated brand. After that, you’ll have seven days of advisory support with us to make any last-minute adjustments to your system.

You can trigger the sending of emails, questionnaires, and brochures, or create tasks automatically based on predetermined conditions such as client behaviors or dates. This capability allows you to follow up instantly on inquiries, respond automatically to client communications, and follow up with questionnaires, marketing materials, or scheduling links without manual intervention, saving you time and reducing administrative burden. Importantly, you retain full control as you can choose if you’d like to review and approve each automated action before it is sent to clients, ensuring consistency and personalized communication in your client interactions.

  • While some other pros bounce between multiple HoneyBook projects at once, with Luneer, you have the dedicated support of two pros, Brandi and Jenny, working on only your HoneyBook project. We do prep work before your project on the back end to prepare and during your intensive, we ONLY focus on you. While some pros limit their daily workload to 4-5 hours, we aren’t afraid of working long days to ensure on-time delivery. Brandi designed our intensives to be just that, intense. Your CRM is the heart of your client journey, and we don't want to take that away from or interrupt it for weeks at a time so we essentially accomplish 16-20 hours of work in one day by having two of us in your project at once and doing the proper work on our end to prepare for an efficient and successful intensive.
