  • Options include incurring overage charges at a higher hourly rate or upgrading your package to a higher hourly allocation, which will be retroactively applied to the contract start date at the original rate.

  • Our team is committed to providing exceptional service and support, with responses during our standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday through Friday. Occasionally, our team members communicate beyond our standard working hours to ensure seamless support. Please note that this choice is entirely at their discretion as work-life balance is a core value of Team Luneer

  • Unlike other service providers, we won’t make you adopt our systems in order to work with us; instead, we will adapt to yours! We will work together to figure out what systems, workflow, and communication methods work best for your brain, and then we will implement them. We are here to make your life easier, not to create more stress. Typically, we communicate via email, slack, text message or WhatsApp.
