Our support flexes based on your priorities. Some months we’re coordinating appointments and gifting, others we’re managing vacation prep, handling household services, or aligning personal tasks with your work travel. You’re not locked into one type of help—we adapt based on what’s on your plate.

All of our concierge support is virtual, but we’re highly experienced in coordinating local vendors, bookings, and on-the-ground details in your city. You’ll get hands-on help, even if we’re not physically there. If you feel you really need us there, Brandi is willing to travel to you to work alongside, in person, if you cover the cost of travel.

You’ll be paired with either Brandi (our founder) or Jenny (our Director of Operations) alongside a highly experienced team member who understands both personal and professional operations. We assign based on your communication style, time zone, and the types of support you need most.
